Musadiq Shafique

Musadiq Shafique has a total of three work experiences.

From February 2023 to the present, Musadiq worked as an Associate Project Manager at qordata. In this role, they were responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling project delivery. Musadiq participated in team meetings, facilitated the definition of project scope and goals, defined tasks and resource requirements, tracked project deliverables, managed and supported the project team, maintained communication with stakeholders, identified and solved problems, created project documentation, maintained relationships with clients, prepared progress reports, introduced quality standards and project management processes, and supported the reporting manager in achieving project tasks and goals.

From May 2022 to February 2023, Musadiq worked as a Project Manager at Q-Solutions. In this role, they restructured the IT Project Management Office, developed and implemented policies on Agile methodology, created development plans and strategies.

From July 2021 to May 2022, Musadiq worked as a Project Associate at Q-Solutions. In this role, they adjusted project plans, maintained control of budgets and timelines, and implemented risk mitigation strategies.

In addition to these roles, Musadiq also worked as a Project Coordinator at STM IT Solutions from September 2020 to July 2021.

Musadiq Shafique holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Bahria University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2021. Musadiq further pursued higher education at Bahria University, earning a Master's degree in Project Management from 2022 to 2024. Additionally, Musadiq has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Musadiq received the Scrum Master Certification from LearnQuest in December 2022, completed the "How to Manage a Remote Team" course offered by GitLab in October 2022, and obtained the Google Project Management: Professional Certificate from Google in December 2021.
