Gaurav Menon

Gaurav Menon is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the RF and microwave design sectors. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Qorvo, Inc. since February 2024, Gaurav previously held multiple leadership positions at Anokiwave from May 2008 to January 2024, including Executive Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of Engineering, focusing on program execution and customer satisfaction. Early career experience includes the role of RF/Microwave Design Engineer at US Monolithics, where Gaurav led the development of a Ka-Band Up-convert module and managed production transitions with contract manufacturers in Asia. Gaurav holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
