Jan Riska

Jan Riska is an experienced sales and operations leader with a strong background in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales Strategy, Pricing, and Sales Operations at Qorvo, Inc. since January 2015, Riska oversees global teams in various functions, including sales automation and technology stack management. Previous roles include Director of Global Sales Operations and Sales Director positions focused on Europe, North America, and the Asia Distribution sales channels. With earlier experience at RFMD, Infineon Technologies, and Freescale Semiconductor, Riska has demonstrated expertise in account management, sales strategy development, forecasting, and team leadership. Riska holds advanced degrees in Microelectronics and Radio Technology from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
