Carmen Salu has worked in the customer service and support industry since 2014. Carmen began their career at Fabrily, a crowd-funding platform, as an Account Manager and Support Agent. In 2015, they joined Teespring as a Global Seller Support Senior Manager, where they were responsible for training new support agents, liaising with teams in various countries, and monitoring user satisfaction. In 2017, they joined Find My Larp as a Marketing and Customer Service employee, and in 2018 they moved to Qover, where they held the roles of Customer Care Team Leader and Customer Care, Copywriter and Translator.
Carmen Salu attended Europe International School, Seville from 1993 to 2005 and then went on to attend Universidad de Sevilla from 2005 to 2008.
