Kristian van Alphen

Kristian van Alphen is an experienced business and personal coach, currently the owner of Kracht! Coaching van Alphen since October 2016, specializing in the development of entrepreneurs and individuals. Kristian also serves as the operational manager at Adequat and as a coach-trainer at KOOTSJ Coöperatie, contributing to the growth of organizations through collaborative efforts. Other roles include Qredits coach, learning coach at COA, and trainer/coach at YibYib, where expertise in self-learning feedback systems is applied. Prior to coaching, Kristian held various management positions at Rabobank from 1999 to 2016, focusing on credit risk management and team leadership. Educational qualifications include degrees in NLP Coaching and engineering in horticulture.
