Tanja van Steenwijk - van de Vos der Linde

Tanja de Vos van Steenwijk - van der Linde has extensive experience in coaching and organizational development, currently serving as a business coach at Qredits-coach since July 2022, where assistance is provided to entrepreneurs in strategic decision-making, personal development, and staff management. As the owner and independent entrepreneur at De Vos van Steenwijk Concept- en Organisatieadvies since June 2014, Tanja focuses on guiding organizations through sustainable changes and fostering effective teamwork. In addition to various voluntary administrative roles and coaching in career development since 1993, Tanja co-founded Andersom Organiseren, contributing to the creation of a method for facilitating rapid sustainable change for clients.
