Christian Gonzalez Tschampel

Christian Gonzalez Tschampel has held a variety of roles in the past 13 years. In 2006, they began as a Professional in Operations Management at Organización Clínica General del Norte. In 2012, they moved on to become the General Manager of Grupo de Estaciones de Servicio SAS. In 2014, they became the General Manager of Publiconceptos SAS, where they led the commercial and administrative activities of the company and managed a staff of 20 employees. In 2016, they moved on to become the Team Leader at Joonik, where they led an interdisciplinary team of 15 people in charge of the design and development of web and mobile solution projects. In 2018, they became the Process Manager at Stack Pointer, where they were in charge of the agile methodologies implementation on the development processes. Finally, in 2019, they began their current role as Senior Project Manager at Qrvey, where their main responsibility is to fully understand business requirements and be able to draw different scenarios, implications, design requirements and effectively communicate them to the UX/UI team, POs and Dev team.

Christian Gonzalez Tschampel obtained an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad del Norte between 2000 and 2005. Christian then completed a Specialization in Project Management from the same university in 2006 and 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they obtained a Specialization in Management of Commercial Enterprises from Universidad del Norte. Finally, they obtained a Master in Business Administration MBA from the same university between 2008 and 2009. Additionally, they obtained an Innovation Management Level 1: Innovation Associate certification from the Global Innovation Management Institute in October 2017, as well as a Maestría en Administración de Empresas from Universidad del Norte.
