Sebastian Villafana is a seasoned Business Software Analyst/Solutions Engineer at HB Software Solutions since November 2013, with expertise in delivering successful proposals and facilitating system demonstrations that have led to multi-million dollar contracts for state transportation departments. Prior to HBSS, Sebastian accumulated extensive experience at Hopelink over two decades, where roles included Transportation Safety & Training Officer, Customer Service Manager, and Project Manager, focusing on service delivery, emergency preparedness, and software system migration.
