Clarisa B. Figueroa's work experience begins in 2012 as a Regional Marketing Coordinator at H&R Block. In 2014, they became a BSA District Executive for the Boy Scouts of America, where they focused on program development, volunteer recruitment and training, fundraising, and mentorship programs. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Chapter Engagement Manager at The Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a BSA District Executive for the National Capital Area Council, where they focused on engaging and supporting district leaders. In 2018, they joined the Casualty Actuarial Society as a Marketing and Corporate Relations Manager, where they managed strategic marketing campaigns and sponsorship programs. In 2021, Clarisa became a Regional Marketing Manager at the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), responsible for promoting GMAC products/services and executing digital marketing and communications plans. Clarisa B. is currently working as a Regional Marketing Director, Americas at QS Quacquarelli Symonds, where they manage a team and provides counsel to enhance marketing strategies and respond to digital behaviors.
Clarisa B. Figueroa completed their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice: Law and Society from the University of Puerto Rico- Carolina between 2006 and 2010. In addition, they earned certification in "Designing Your Creator Brand with Canva" and "Learning Excel: Data Analysis" from LinkedIn in April 2023.
