Sujaya S.

Sujaya S. has a diverse work experience, starting as a Software Engineer at Nortel Networks in 1995. They worked in a lead role, designing and developing embedded software for networking devices. They were responsible for architectural leadership in the development of a Fast Ethernet Stackable L2 Switch.

In 2001, Sujaya joined Com21 as an Architect, where they designed and implemented telephony features for an ATM based Cable Headend for VoATM over Cable. They also designed various SNMP MIBs for call control and bandwidth management.

From 2004 to 2007, Sujaya worked at AccessLAN Networks as a Program Manager/Technical Recruiter. They were involved in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, technical screening, coordinating interviews, and offer negotiation.

Since 2007, Sujaya has been at QSolv Inc, where they started as a Recruiting and Client Services Manager. They brought continuous improvement in sourcing performance ratios and led a team of recruiters to meet and exceed goals. In 2012, Sujaya became the Director and built the Client Services team from the ground up. They managed and developed the team to ensure efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Sujaya S. holds an MS degree in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University. Additionally, Sujaya also obtained an MS degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras. In terms of certifications, Sujaya has obtained the WRMSDC Corporate Ready certification from the Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council (WRMSDC), an affiliate of NMSDC, in September 2021.
