Mary-Lyn Baldauf

Mary-Lyn Baldauf has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Mary-Lyn currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Qsource since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as Chief Executive Officer at Kindred Healthcare from June 2019 to January 2023.

Before their role at Kindred Healthcare, Mary-Lyn Baldauf worked at LifeCare Hospitals, where they held various positions. Mary-Lyn first served as the Senior Director of Sales and Business Development in the Hospital Division from August 2018 to June 2019, and then as the Regional Director of Business Development from January 2018 to June 2019.

From 2012 to 2017, they held the position of CEO/Administrator at Unity Home Care LLC. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Home Health Services at Amedisys from October 2007 to November 2011.

Mary-Lyn'searlier experiences include working as a District Manager at Eisai China Inc. from 2004 to 2007, a Professional Service Representative at GlaxoSmithKline from May 1999 to August 2002, and a Pharmaceutical Representative at Merck from August 1997 to May 1999.

Mary-Lyn Baldauf attended the University of Guelph from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics with Honors. Mary-Lyn'sfield of study was Human Kinetics/Human Biology. In July 2016, they also obtained the Oklahoma Home Health Administrator (OHCAPA) certification from the State of Oklahoma.
