Héctor Hernández

Héctor Hernández is currently the Global Planner at QSR Quality Synthetic Rubber, overseeing various global intercompany activities. Prior to this, Héctor held the position of Senior Master Production Scheduler at the same company, where Héctor implemented ERP system modules, reduced overproduction by 300%, and successfully launched continuous supply for new projects. In the past, Héctor also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer, tracking mold transfers and achieving PPAP processes. Héctor holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and is currently pursuing an MBA in stock and trading at Institute IBT Valencia.
