Tingchou Brett Hung Chien

Tingchou Brett Hung Chien has had a long and varied career. Tingchou Brett Hung began their professional life as a Software Engineer at Flowring Technology in 2002. Tingchou Brett Hung then moved to Price Technology Corp in the same year, where they worked as a System Engineer. In 2006, they became a Research Assistant at the Computer & Communication Research Center. In 2008, they were an Intern at Broadcom, and in 2012 they returned to Broadcom in the same role, developing and maintaining a internal repository management tool from scratch. In 2010, they began working as a PhD Candidate at UC Irvine. Finally, in 2015, they joined QT Medical, Inc. as VP of Engineering and later became the Director of Engineering.

Tingchou Brett Hung Chien attained a Bachelor in Computer Science & Information Engineering from National Chiao-Tung University (NCTU) between 2000 and 2004. Tingchou Brett Hung then went on to pursue a MS in EECS, Computer networks & Distributed Computer at UC Irvine between 2007 and 2009. Finally, they completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in EECS, Computer networks & Distributed Computer at UC Irvine between 2010 and 2016.
