Mari Liesjärvi

Mari Liesjärvi currently serves as the Senior People and Culture Lead for Global Business Operations at Qt Group since December 2024. Prior to this role, Mari held various positions at Ubisoft RedLynx from April 2015 to December 2024, including Head of Talent and Organizational Development, HR Director, HR Manager, and HR Generalist, where responsibilities ranged from driving organizational transformation, strategic HR initiatives, and end-to-end recruitment processes. Earlier experience includes roles as HR Business Partner, HR Service Partner, HR Assistant, and Collection Specialist at Lowell, as well as two HR Trainee positions at Metso. Academically, Mari holds a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Turku and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from JAMK University of Applied Sciences.
