Sharon Hensel has extensive experience in operations management and leadership roles in various industries. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Operations for Customer Experience at QTC Management, Sharon leads a team of employees ensuring compliance with government and industry standards. With previous roles at South Texas Radiology Group, P.A., HEB, Target, and the USAF, Sharon has a strong background in analytics, systems coordination, charge capture, coding, and call center operations. Sharon holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The Ohio State University.
