Andrew Rush

Andrew Rush is an experienced construction and project management professional currently serving as the Development Program Manager at QTS Data Centers since September 2022. Previously, Andrew held the position of Director of Construction at Critical Project Services from May 2018 to October 2022, leading national teams through the construction lifecycle for hyper-scale clients. Andrew's experience also includes roles as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Rosendin Electric, where oversight of mission-critical facility projects was a primary focus, and as Senior Project Engineer at Balfour Beatty Construction Services US, assisting in project management and coordination. Earlier career experience includes serving as Project Engineer at Crowder, where responsibilities encompassed estimation, contract management, and documentation. Andrew holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Spanish minor from Universidad Interamericana de Costa Rica.
