Jeffrey Sangillo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Jeffrey started their career as a Communications Officer on the USS Fitzgerald Guided-Missile Destroyer, where they managed fleet-wide resources for delivering encrypted and unencrypted internet protocol, voice, and data links. Jeffrey also enhanced service through the implementation of a trouble desk and the training of information system technicians.

Following this, Jeffrey worked as a Reactor Propulsion Division Officer on the USS Nimitz Aircraft Carrier, where they led and mentored teams in the operation and maintenance of nuclear and mechanical engineering systems. Jeffrey improved training and equipment deficiency resolution processes and ensured the safety and integrity of the nuclear reactor and steam plant.
