George Dolan has extensive work experience in the print and media industry. George started their career at Vertis Communications in 1993, where they worked as a PrePress Lead for 11 years before transitioning to roles in client support and account management. At Vertis Communications, they served as a Client Support Representative and was responsible for managing a national account and providing innovative solutions to increase revenues. George also worked as an On-Site Client Support, where they managed accounts and exceeded client expectations through communication, quality, and service. In 2013, George joined Quad as an Account Manager and successfully achieved record-setting growth by standardizing marketing requests and improving communication with clients. George then progressed to roles including Account Support Executive, Senior Client Business Manager, and currently serves as the Client Services Director. At Quad, they played a crucial role in the acquisition and integration of a newly acquired business. Overall, George Dolan has consistently demonstrated strategic leadership, sales administration, and a focus on achieving growth and providing exceptional client service throughout their career.
George Dolan attended the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1998, they studied Graphic Communications at Lord Fairfax. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Change Management Professional certification from Cornell University.
