Matthew D. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matthew started their career as an intern at the Lake County Sheriff's Office in 2013. From there, they worked as a Project Analyst and Intern at Aon Hewitt, where they gained experience in fingerprinting, background checking, and disaster recovery plans. In 2014, Matthew took on roles as a Technology Manager and Web Designer at CUPSAFE LLC and as a Principal and Technology Leader at WatchWorks Management Consulting LLC. Matthew managed technology relationships, financial transactions, and web design for these companies. In 2015, Matthew worked as an Emergency Medical Technician Basic and Rescue Diver at Kenosha County Scout Leaders Rescue Squad Inc. Most recently, Matthew has taken on the role of Lead - Talent Management Analyst at Quad, where they lead implementation and change management projects for new technologies in HR Shared Services & Operations and Talent Management.
Matthew D. has a diverse education history. Matthew obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in 2014. Matthew then attended Gateway Technical College and completed the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) program, consisting of 180 hours, in 2017. In 2022, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a specialization in Public Policy and Governance at Capella University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Public Sector Leadership from Cornell University in 2022 and in Project Management from the Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional & Executive Development in 2018. Matthew D. also participated in the Badger Boys State program in 2009 and received leadership recognition from the Southern Wisconsin Chapter 82nd Airborne Division Association, Inc. in 2008. Matthew is currently pursuing a law enforcement certification at Gateway Technical College, expected to be completed by 2023.
