Joerg Sternheimer

Joerg Sternheimer has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as an HR Business Partner for Daimler AG, where they were responsible for HR marketing, health management, and HR development for 1,000 employees. From 2001 to 2004, they served as an HR Manager at MTU Aero Engines, overseeing 2,500 employees and handling tasks such as expatriation, relocation, and company pension schemes. In 2004, they joined EL-NET GROUP as a Senior HR Consultant for a brief period before moving to Neopost, where they held the position of HR Director for Germany & Austria. At Neopost, they played a crucial role in setting up the HR function and supported the birth and growth of the company through several acquisitions. Currently, they are working as an HR Vice President at Quadient, a position they have held since July 2019. This role emphasizes their expertise in HR leadership and strategic decision-making.

Joerg Sternheimer earned a Diploma in Business, Law, and Social Sciences (Diplom-Sozialwirt) from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg between 1993 and 1999. Additionally, they attended HEC Paris for the Senior Leadership Program in 2006 and the Intrapreneurship Program in 2010.
