Michele A Jones

Michele A Jones has extensive experience in benefits management and human resources. Michele A is currently the Director of Benefits NORAM at Quadient. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Advisor in HR Health & Wellness at Raymond James. Michele A also has experience at Alight Solutions, where they served as a Benefits Client Specialist and a Benefits Counselor, specializing in health insurance and voluntary benefits. Before that, they worked as an Insurance Agent and Contractor, selling individual health insurance plans and educating consumers about marketplace and Medicare coverage. Michele has also held leadership positions at Republic National Distributing Company, where they served as the Corporate Director of Health & Welfare Plans, and at Millipore/Serologicals Corporation, where they managed the company's benefits program as a Manager of Employee Benefits. Michele A started their career at Millipore/Serologicals Corporation as a Benefits Analyst and eventually became a Supervisor in Employee Benefits.

Michele A Jones has completed coursework towards a degree in International/Global Studies at the University of South Florida. Michele A has also completed coursework towards a Bachelor's degree at The George Washington University. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications including Medicare Certification from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) in 2020, Long Term Care (LTC) Certification from the Georgia Department of Insurance & Safety Fire in 2019, and Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) Certified Insurance Agent from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in 2018. Michele A is also certified as a Life, Accident and Health Agent by multiple state Departments of Insurance, Notary Public by the State of Georgia in 2017, and holds certifications in Worksite Wellness Program Management and Worksite Wellness Specialist from the National Wellness Institute, Inc. in 2013. In 2006, they obtained a Certificate in Health Care Plans from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
