Sudhir Punukollu

Sudhir Punukollu has a strong background in CRM systems and data warehousing. Sudhir began their career in 2005 as a Siebel Analytics/OBIEE Lead at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. In 2009, they joined Audatex as an Oracle BI Lead before moving to Neopost later that year. At Neopost, Sudhir held multiple roles, including Lead/Architect for Data Warehousing & Analytics, and IT Manager for CRM & DW/BI. In 2019, they joined Quadient as a Global Director for CRM Systems.

Sudhir Punukollu has a Master of Information Management and Systems degree with a specialization in Business Intelligence from Monash University. Sudhir also holds a Master of Information Technology degree with a specialization in eBusiness, also from Monash University. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Systems Engineering from Andhra University. Sudhir Punukollu has obtained several certifications, including the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) from the Project Management Institute and various Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect.
