Warren has held positions in companies such as Quadient and Neopost UK, where they demonstrated expertise in leading transformation activities and driving business growth. Additionally, Tait has served as the Chair of the Havering Business Voice Board, focusing on strategic matters impacting businesses and assisting in the growth and development of the borough.

Warren Tait attended various educational institutions throughout their career. In 2016, they studied at Hult Ashridge, focusing on The Digital Organisation. In 2012, they attended Cranfield School of Management for High Performance Leadership. From 2005 to 2010, they pursued a degree in Bespoke Business Administration & Entrepreneurship (Intrapreneurship at Neopost) at HEC Paris. Lastly, in 1997, they studied Finance, General at PA Sundridge Park Management Centre.
