Raphael Williams II

Raphael Williams II is a Senior Software Engineer at Quadlogic Controls Corp. since August 2019, leading cross-functional teams to develop innovative software solutions for commissioning and acceptance testing of meters using various programming languages and advanced technologies. Prior to this role, Raphael served as a Technical Team Lead at the United States Department of Defense from September 2004 to August 2018, where recognized expertise in machine-byte code development earned the Meritorious Civilian Service Award. As a Hardware/Software Analysis Engineer, Raphael pioneered a novel method for data extraction from byte code, significantly enhancing accuracy and efficiency. Raphael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, earned in 2009.
