Jeremy Plunkett

Jeremy Plunkett has extensive experience in health and wellness coaching, currently serving as a Wellness Coach at QuadMed Onsite Health and Wellness since February 2020. Previous roles include Health Coach at Froedtert Health from January 2017 to February 2020, as well as Health and Wellness Coach at Outlook Health and Wellness / Healics Inc. from April 2013 to February 2020. Jeremy also worked as a Health Screening Technician/Health Coach at Accountable Health Solutions and Cigna, where responsibilities included administering health screenings to enhance employee wellness. Additional experience includes roles as a Rehabilitation Assistant at both Aurora Sports Medicine Institute and Innovative Health and Fitness. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Gerontology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
