Kirill Kapnik

Kirill Kapnik is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and consultancy. Currently serving as a Change & Support Manager at Quadra Chemicals since October 2017, Kirill has expertise in VMware ESX, Active Directory, and various chemical industry-specific software. Previous roles include IT Consultant at ESI Technologies, where Kirill extended an initial contract to over three years and achieved the highest billing hours among Quebec-based consultants in 2014 and 2015. Prior experiences also encompass senior technical support at Bell, where contributions were made to the Fibe TV On-Demand interface design, as well as on-site technical support at Microbytes, training initiatives at Dawson College, and sales representation for Epson products.
