Emad Shehata is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Quadram Institute since May 2022. Previously, Emad served as a PhD Student at the University of East Anglia from January 2018 to June 2022, following a role as a Research Assistant at the National Research Centre (NRC) from June 2015 to December 2017. Emad began the academic journey as an MSc Student at CIHEAM Chania from October 2012 to June 2015. Emad earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Food Chemistry and Health from the University of East Anglia between 2018 and 2021 and holds a Master of Science (MS) in Food Quality and Chemistry of Natural Products from CIHEAM Chania in Greece, completed in 2015.
