Lee Kellingray is an experienced Research Scientist and currently serves as the FMT Pharmaceutical Production Manager at Quadram Institute, where work focuses on the effects of gut pathogens on the human gut microbiota and aims to enhance diagnostic capabilities. In addition to this role, Lee has been a Research Scientist at the Institute of Food Research since November 2015, utilizing in vitro colon models and advanced sequencing techniques to explore interactions between gut pathogens and commensal gut microbiota, seeking to identify diagnostic markers for gastrointestinal diseases. Lee holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Nutrition from the Institute of Food Research and a degree in Microbiology from the University of East Anglia.
