Adrian Cullen

Adrian joined Quadrant in March 2023 as the firm’s first Head of ESG. Adrian has more than 17 years experience in leading and delivering ESG organisational transformation. His experience expands across sustainability strategy and governance, sustainable supply chain, circular economy, and human rights. Adrian has also operated across environmental health & safety and facilities management. Prior to joining Quadrant, Adrian spent over 10 years with Woolworths Group where he held senior positions with the retailer which included roles as the Head of Sustainability and Head of Circular Economy. Adrian also spent seven years at McDonald’s Australia leading their sustainability agenda and is a former Board Director of the Australia Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO).
