Joel Crooks

Joel Crooks is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Associate in Strategy at Quadrant Strategies since August 2023. Previously, Joel held various roles at Quadrant Strategies, including Associate and Summer Associate. Additional experience includes working as a Strat Comms and Governmental Affairs Intern at Finsbury Glover Hering, a Talent and Growth Strategy Intern at Quadrant Strategies, and a Human Resources Intern at EnerSys. Joel also contributed to academia as an ILR Ambassador at Cornell University ILR School and an Undergraduate Research Assistant in Sociology of Law at Cornell University. Education was completed at Cornell University, culminating in a degree from 2019 to 2023, following a high school diploma from The Hill School from 2015 to 2019.
