Shilpa Gururao

Shilpa Gururao is a seasoned engineering professional with a robust background in both technical leadership and managerial roles. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Quadwave Consulting Pvt Ltd since June 2014, Shilpa leads teams with a focus on technical excellence and strategic management. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Software Engineer at Tavant Technologies from November 2010 to March 2011, and a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Enzen Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from June 2007 to December 2010. Shilpa holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Biotechnology from D VS Composite College, which was completed between 2010 and 2012.
