Michael McGrath

Michael McGrath has a diverse work experience in tax and treasury roles, primarily in vice president positions. Michael started their career at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Accountant from 1987 to 1990, followed by working as a Senior Tax Manager at KPMG from 1993 to 1998. McGrath then moved to Pulse Electronics Corporation, formerly named Technitrol, Inc., where they served as Vice President - Tax / Treasury for 13 years. Michael joined Gardner Denver in 2011 and held the position of Vice President, Global Tax and Treasurer until 2014. From 2015 to 2018, McGrath worked at Innovairre as Vice President, Tax and Treasurer. Since 2018, they have been serving as the Vice President, Global Tax at Quaker Chemical Corporation.

Michael McGrath obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The College of New Jersey from 1983 to 1987. Following this, they pursued their legal education at Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, where they studied Law, Tax, and Accounting from 1990 to 1993.
