Valantis Stergiopoulos

Valantis Stergiopoulos has a diverse work experience in software support and engineering roles. Valantis started their career as a Technical Support Specialist at Multirama S.A. in 2006 and later worked as the Head of the Support Department at Business Solutions from 2010 to 2016. There, they provided various levels of support, mentored technicians, and implemented solutions based on customer needs.

In 2016, Valantis joined IBM as a 2nd Level Support Specialist, where they provided support to Citi Bank employees and assisted with their daily activities. Valantis had expertise in MS Windows, Linux distributions, Microsoft Exchange, IIS, Citrix, and PowerShell.

After their tenure at IBM, Valantis worked at Intralot as a Global Application Engineer and then as a Software Engineer. In these roles, they provided 2nd and 3rd level support, addressed incidents and problems, and worked on change requests for INTRALOT's player's wallet system.

Currently, Valantis is working at QUALCO as a Senior Software Support Engineer, responsible for leading and developing the software support team and ensuring the highest standards of productivity and efficiency in business application systems. Valantis also provides application problem analysis and resolution services for complex problems.
