Ryan Mills

Ryan Mills has an extensive background in HR and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Talent Planning at Qualcomm. Prior to that, Ryan held various roles within the People Analytics department at Qualcomm, showcasing a range of experience in the field. In addition, Ryan has volunteer experience as the Norms Chair and Treasurer at the Information Technology Survey Group. Ryan's background also includes serving as an HR Intern at BMT Scientific Marine Services and as a Research Methods Lab Instructor at San Diego State University. With a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Nevada-Las Vegas, Ryan demonstrates a strong academic foundation in the field.
