Ryan Arnold has over 12 years of professional experience in sales and customer development. Ryan began their career in 2009 as a Management Trainee/Assistant and Station Manager at Enterprise Holdings Inc. Ryan then moved to Paychex in 2010 as a Sales Consultant, where they grew the client base by acquiring over 250 net new accounts. In 2014, Ryan began working at American Express as Manager of Business Development, Middle Market Sales - Regional. Ryan was responsible for acquiring and expanding a portfolio of multimillion dollar corporate payments business in a region consisting of over 125 clients. In 2015, Ryan joined Loupe Loyalty as Vice President of Sales, where they managed the sales efforts for several mobile apps and a loyalty platform in the restaurant industry. In 2017, they began working at Transcat as Senior Director, Customer Development & Sales Integration, where they contributed to company share price expansion and market cap growth. In 2021, Ryan began working at Profit Pipelines as Principal and at Precision Optical Transceivers, Inc. as Director of Sales Operations. Finally, they are currently working at Qualer Asset Management and Oxford Lab Products as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Growth Officer, respectively.
Ryan Arnold obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Journalism from the State University of New York at Fredonia between 2003 and 2007. In 2017, they earned a Master of Business Administration from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. Additionally, they have obtained a Salesforce Ranger certification from Salesforce in April 2022, as well as three Superbadge certifications from Salesforce in March and January 2022.
