Tim Straka

Tim Straka has extensive work experience in the customer service industry. Tim currently holds the position of Vice President, Strategic Account Management at Qualfon since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Vice President, Global Account Management at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions from 2017 to 2023, where they led a global account management organization and achieved an industry award for Best Customer Satisfaction Strategy. Tim also served as the Vice President, Global Account Management at Sitel Group from 2011 to 2017, where they led account teams supporting Fortune 100 clients and received the Partner of the Year award. Earlier in their career, they held various leadership roles at Sitel Group, including Director of Account Operations and Site Director. Before joining Sitel Group, Tim worked at Avis Budget Group as a Site Director and Director of Program Management, where they successfully managed a call center consolidation project.

Tim Straka has completed course work towards a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Nebraska.
