Lee Bailey

Lee Bailey is an accomplished engineering manager and software engineer with extensive experience in technology and product development. Currently, at Qualia, Lee leads the Marketplace and Integrations team, focusing on enhancing vendor management and workshare platforms. As the founder of Grizzly Bulls, Lee drives the development of an economics and investing platform utilizing proprietary algorithmic trading models. Previous roles include co-founder and CTO at dragonboat Inc., where Lee developed a data-driven product portfolio management system, as well as software engineering management positions at MZ and BigCommerce. Lee's technical expertise is further supported by a strong academic foundation, holding both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Wake Forest University.
