Sandra Pitts

Sandra Pitts is an accomplished product and implementation manager with expertise in agile project management, customer success, and educational leadership. Currently serving as a Product Manager and previously as a Strategic Implementation Manager at Qualia since March 2021, Sandra has led the design and development of innovative product features while aligning customer needs with business goals. Prior experience at deverus from May 2016 to March 2021 includes roles as Product Manager, Implementation Manager, and Customer Success Manager, where Sandra focused on project lifecycle management, risk identification, and customer relationship enhancement. Sandra began the career as an Educator and Team Leader in Austin Area Independent School Districts from 2010 to May 2016, emphasizing effective student engagement and instructional delivery. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Texas State University and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University Texas.
