Michelle McGrann has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michelle is currently serving as the President of JCI (Junior Chamber International) Michigan, where they lead the Board of Directors in supporting local organizations and implementing programs to empower young people. Prior to this, Michelle held the role of Director of Training and Talent Development at Qualigence International. Michelle has also founded Michelle McGrann Speaks, where they provide professional speaking services and conducts workshops on various topics. Michelle has worked with JCI (Junior Chamber International) on a global level as an Assistant to the World President and as the Skills Development Committee Chairperson. Additionally, they have served as a Partner and Chief Training Officer at Coeus Creative Group, a part-time faculty member at Wayne State University, and held various roles at Wayne State University and Nursing Practice Corporation. Michelle has expertise in leadership development, training, talent development, marketing, and project coordination.
Michelle McGrann attended Wayne State University from 2004 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Speech Communication and Rhetoric. In 2018, they also obtained certification as a Behavioral Elements Certified Guide from Behavioral Elements.
