Amy Imhoff has an extensive background in customer relations and management, having held various positions in different companies since 2000. Amy is currently the Director of Customer Relations at Quality Builders Warranty, overseeing a team of Senior Account Managers and handling escalated customer issues. Prior to this, Amy has managed customer support teams, sales teams, and call center operations, demonstrating strong leadership skills and expertise in the field. With a degree in Physical Education Studies from the University of Delaware, Amy has a solid educational foundation to complement their hands-on experience in customer service and management roles.
