David Evette

As president, David sets the overall vision for the company and leads the day-to-day operations of the firm. His duties include spearheading business development efforts and internal human resources, as well as playing a critical role in strategic partnerships, client onboarding, and maintaining the high levels of customer service. In addition to bringing more than 25 years of significant payroll, tax, benefits, compliance, and insurance expertise, he also has an affinity for identifying and implementing advanced technology solutions to drive efficiencies and improve business outcomes for both QBS and its clients. David is actively involved in the local Chamber of Commerce, is an alumni of St. Francis Forum, and volunteers his time in support of educational programs in the community. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family, racing, and supporting his wife Pamela in her role as Lt. Governor of South Carolina.
