Israel Cruz Melgar has worked in the IT industry since 2012. Israel began their career as a Software Developer for Mythos Ingeniería Creativa. In 2014, they moved to Quality & Knowledge On IT Service where they held the roles of Principal Software Architect .NET and Technical Leader .NET. In 2016, they joined Steren as a Desarrollador.

Israel Cruz Melgar has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, obtained in 2013. In 2016, they obtained a Diploma in Project Administration from MARCOR and a Diploma in Open Source Workloads on Microsoft Azure from Microsoft LATAM. In 2019, they obtained a certification in MS: Programming C# from Microsoft.
