Jason Lubs

Jason Lubs has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Jason currently serves as the Director of Engineering at QTS Medical Device Outsourcing. Prior to this, they were the Owner of JML Management LLC, managing real estate and rental properties. Jason also worked as the Global Packaging Lead at Cargill Animal Nutrition and Health and was a Program Manager of Packaging Engineering at Medtronic. Jason gained valuable experience at General Mills as a Packaging Manager for Yoplait USA and as a Technology Manager in packaging development. Before that, they worked at Boston Scientific as a Project Manager, Principal R&D Engineer, Senior Packaging Engineer, and Packaging Engineer II. Jason started their career at Hormel Foods as a Packaging Engineer and Associate Food Scientist, and also had an internship as a Packaging/Manufacturing Engineer at JOHNSON-MATTHEY SEMICONDUCTOR PACKAGES INC.

Jason Lubs has a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Jason obtained this degree from 1994 to 1999. Jason also has a diploma from Chippewa Falls Senior High School, which they received from 1990 to 1994.

In terms of further education, Jason Lubs earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Phoenix. Jason attended this program from 2005 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Jason Lubs has obtained several certifications. Jason holds a Green Belt certification from DFSS/DRM, which they acquired in August 2016. Jason is also a Certified Packaging Professional (CPP) from the Institute of Packaging Professionals.
