Robert (Bob) Converse has extensive experience in quality inspection and operations across various industries, currently serving as a Quality Technician at Quality Tool since May 2013. Previous roles include Warehouse Key Operator at Bel Brands USA, where certification in forklift and electronic pallet jack operations was achieved, and positions at Falcon Plastics Inc as a Quality Inspector and Production Assistant. Bob's early career included customer service and data entry roles at Assurant Solutions and GE, respectively, as well as founding a non-profit volleyball league in Madison, WI. Bob also held multiple positions at TDS Telecommunications Corp, enhancing business sales, and operated slitting machines at 3M Health Care. Bob holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Kaplan University.
