Chitra Ramaswamy

Chitra Ramaswamy has been a part of leading IT firms including PwC (formerly A.F. Ferguson & Co.), PRT Systems, i-flex technologies, and Silverline technologies. Her three decades of experience in the IT sector have been pivotal in enabling QualityKiosk to expand its horizons, cutting across verticals and geographies. She has been the driving force behind technological evolutions in quality assurance solutions and platforms. Her innovative approach has been instrumental in integrating DevOps and agile practices with testing approaches and practices, both internally and for customers to enhance the quality and speed of processes.

A Certified Quality Analyst from QAI, she holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from IIT Bombay. She has been with QualityKiosk since the organization’s inception and is an eminent member of the founding team.
