Mindy Milligan, CCWP, has extensive work experience in program management, recruitment, and healthcare staffing. Mindy currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Program Management at Qualivis since March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Sr. Regional Director of Program Management at Qualivis from January 2021 to March 2022. Before joining Qualivis, Mindy held the position of MSP On-Site Manager and Team Lead at the same company from January 2019 to January 2021. Mindy began their career at Qualivis as an Account Specialist from April 2018 to January 2019.

Before their time at Qualivis, Mindy was the Director of Recruitment at Coastal Healthcare Resources from December 2015 to April 2018. In this role, they led a team of recruiters and focused on identifying and placing quality candidates in travel contracts nationwide, emphasizing on providing the best experience for travelers.

Prior to Coastal Healthcare Resources, Mindy served as the HR/Office/General Manager at Stanley Steemer from August 2009 to December 2015. Additionally, they worked as the Per Diem Director at Trinity Healthcare Staffing Group from May 2003 to August 2009, where they handled recruiting, placement, and retention of qualified nursing staff for per diem needs and sales and retention for assigned territories.
