Inge Marinus

Inge Marinus has extensive work experience in various HR and operations roles. Inge began their career as an Office Manager at Balance Texts & Translations in 1996 and then worked as an HR Officer - Europe at Uniqema from 1998 to 2007. Inge then joined the Ministry of Defence as a Project Leader in 2007. In 2010, they became a Senior PeopleSoft HR Consultant at Logica / KPN HR SSC, where they worked on upgrading the PeopleSoft HCM system for KPN. Inge also worked as a Senior HR Consultant PeopleSoft at Logica, now part of CGI, for a large retailer in the Netherlands, Czech Republic, and Slovakia from 2011 to 2012.

Marinus then worked at Logica, now part of CGI, as a Senior HR Consultant PeopleSoft from 2012 to 2013. Following that, they joined Qualogy in 2013 and held various roles, including Fusion and PeopleSoft HCM Consultant, Oracle HCM Consultant (on behalf of Qualogy), and HR & Operations Manager. Inge worked on HR system implementations and optimizations for Qualogy's clients.

In 2018, Marinus joined Mazars Nederland as an HCM Consultant, where they played a key role in the implementation and improvement of Oracle Fusion HR systems. Inge also worked as an Oracle TBE Consultant (on behalf of Qualogy) at Artsen zonder Grenzen Nederland, providing second-line support for Taleo Business Edition.

In 2021, Marinus joined KPN as an Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant on behalf of Qualogy. Alongside their consulting roles, they also worked as a field manager at Qualogy, coaching and supporting employees.

Throughout their career, Marinus has demonstrated expertise in Oracle HCM systems, specifically Fusion, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and EBS. Inge'sexperience spans across various industries and includes project management, pre-sales consulting, field management, and optimizing HR processes.

Inge Marinus has a diverse education background. In 1989, they started their education journey at Maastricht University, where they pursued a degree in Business Economics. Inge completed their studies in 1995, earning a Drs degree. In 1994, they briefly attended Universidad de Zaragoza, focusing on Business Economics.

Later, Inge enrolled in Oracle University, where they studied Oracle Fusion HCM Consulting from 2013 to 2020. Inge obtained a degree in Oracle Fusion Applications during this period. In addition to their degree, Inge obtained multiple certifications related to Oracle systems. In 2010, they became a PeopleSoft Human Resources 9 Consultant Certified Expert. Throughout the years, they also obtained various certifications from Oracle in fields like Global Human Resources Cloud and Talent Management Cloud.

It is worth noting that Inge holds a Master's degree from Oracle University, although the specific field of study is unspecified.
