Jagrit Malhotra is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX), currently serving as Managing Director for CX and Customer Care EMEA and EX & XM Discover EMEA at Qualtrics since October 2021. Prior to Qualtrics, Malhotra was Managing Director at Clarabridge, overseeing Clarabridge Engage Global and CX Analytics EMEA from December 2016 to September 2021. Malhotra held leadership roles at Claraview, first as Managing Partner and later as Partner and Head of Sales, responsible for sales and operational management. As Co-Founder and Partner at Lunexa, LLC, Malhotra focused on analytics and business intelligence from January 2006 to May 2013. Malhotra's career began at MicroStrategy, where roles included Account Executive and Sales Consultant, managing key client relationships. Educational credentials include a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Sciences in Physics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
