Kristen Cousins

Kristen Cousins serves as the Vice President and Global Head of Strategy, Ecosystem at Qualtrics since June 2021. Prior to this role, Kristen held various positions at SAP from July 2014 to June 2021, including Chief of Staff for the Global Chief Revenue Office at SAP Concur and support to an SAP Executive Board Member within the Cloud Business Group. Additionally, experience includes roles as a Solution Engineer specializing in SAP's cloud solutions and participation in the selective SAP Presales Academy. Kristen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the Mendoza School of Business and Spanish Language and Literature at the University of Notre Dame, where participation as an NCAA Division 1 women's lacrosse player fostered essential leadership and teamwork skills.
