Payton Ernest

Payton E. is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently serving as an Electrical Engineer II at Qualus since September 2021, following roles as an Electrical Engineer and Electrical Engineering Intern. Prior to joining Qualus, Payton gained valuable experience at Powergrid Electric as an Engineering Intern and worked in the hospitality industry as a Server at Chili's from June 2017 to April 2023, where effective communication and multitasking played crucial roles in daily operations. Payton's foundational experience also includes working as a Line Cook at Mr. Frosty's Ice Cream Shop. Payton holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Texas, earned in December 2021.
